Hemet del Sol is a Community for Senior Residents Ages 55 and Over
Homes in Hemet del Sol, whether owner occupied or used as rentals, are covered by the Covenants, Codes and Restrictions (CC&Rs). All CC&Rs are strictly enforced to preserve and protect our senior residential status and to enhance the beauty and tranquility of our community. These regulations specify the 55 and over residency requirements but also cover restrictions on a variety of issues from exterior paint colors, landscaping, number of vehicles and the size and number of household pets in each home. In addition, there are Rental Restrictions which limit the number of homes which can be utilized as rental units. Every resident is given a copy of the CC&Rs.
RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Only 20% of homes may be used as rentals. Currently, there is a waiting list for any new owner wishing to rent out a home.
